At DigitalLeaf, we strive to provide high-quality digital content and customer-friendly service.
This Refund Policy explains when customers may request a return, replacement, or refund, in compliance with EU consumer protection standards.


1. Refunds for Digital Products (Ebooks, Courses, Downloads)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” refunds for downloadable items are handled differently than physical goods.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded.

However, a refund may be offered in the following cases:

✔ The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
✔ The customer purchased the same product multiple times by accident
✔ The product does not match the description provided on our website
✔ A technical problem on our side prevented successful access to the product

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Proof (e.g., screenshot) if applicable

We aim to resolve all digital product issues within 3–5 business days.


2. Refunds & Returns for Physical Products (Merch)

Physical items (such as branded merchandise) can be returned under EU withdrawal regulations.

✔ Customers within the EU have 14 days from the delivery date to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

To start a return, please email [email protected] with your order number.

The product must be:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • in original packaging
  • returned with all accessories/manuals

Items that cannot be returned:

❌ Custom-made or personalized merchandise
❌ Used bottles, opened hygienic items
❌ Products damaged after delivery
❌ Clearance or final sale products


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → DigitalLeaf covers the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer withdraws without a reason (14-day right) → the customer covers return shipping.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.


4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the damage
  • Description of the issue

We will offer:

✔ a replacement
✔ a repair (if applicable)
✔ or a full refund

depending on the situation.


5. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed through the original payment method only.

Typical processing times:

  • Digital products: 3–5 business days
  • Physical product returns: 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • defective merchandise
  • incorrect items received

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Digital products cannot be exchanged once downloaded.
